Even I never used to do yoga instead I used to do jogging, exercise, etc.. but eventually I fell in love with yoga. Daily at least 40 minutes I will be spending my time in yoga. I myself can see a lot of changes in me. So giving yourself nit time can help to keep you healthy and happy.
